Hi, I’m Carlie

I’m so glad you’re here

Call me a sucker for happy endings, but I love helping people find healing & excel in life.

Growing up an athlete, I learned young to push through discomfort for the wins. I found fulfillment taking underclassmen under my wing and teaching them tricks to gain confidence.

In college, I mentored students who frequently shared about their family trauma, high anxiety and lack of direction in life. I knew I should be a therapist when I started reading books on how to heal from trauma instead of studying for my bio exam.

You are worth making the time to process your struggles.

It’s easy to put off therapy and to find a better way to spend your time. But, your mental health is arguably just as important as your physical health and I think your emotional pain has gone on long enough. Let’s address it. Together.

Your dream is worth fighting for, and while you’re not in control of what life throws at you, you are in control of the fight.
— Rachel Hollis

I believe that you are far more capable than you give yourself credit for.

The body is incredible and it knows how to heal itself. When was the last time you had to tell that bruise on your knee to heal or that stress sore in your mouth to clear? Your body is powerful! And so is your brain.

You may be avoiding it, but something inside is telling you something is off. Maybe it’s that pit in your stomach, your racing heart or your antsy hands. Give yourself the gift of exploring your symptoms, establishing trust with yourself, and allowing yourself to heal. That’s the work we do in the therapy room.
