Meet the Aligned Dream Team!

Carlie Deadman,LPC-S

I’m Carlie, the owner and visionary of Aligned. I have a passion for providing excellent mental health care AND empowering therapists to do this together.

There are only so many hours in a day and we can help more people with more therapists. I’m thrilled to see our team growing and I can’t wait for you to meet these humans!

I provide individual therapy to clients and supervision to therapists on my team.

Cassidy Pavelich, LPC

Cassidy is endlessly curious about people: why we feel what we feel, where our patterns come from, and why we can know something logically and still have such a hard time changing it. She brings that curiosity into therapy, helping clients understand themselves more deeply without judgment or the pressure to have everything figured out.

Rather than only focusing on managing symptoms, she helps clients explore the experiences, relationships, beliefs, and patterns that may still be shaping how they move through the world. She especially loves utilizing EMDR to help clients go beyond insight and work through the places where understanding something hasn’t necessarily been enough to change it.

Therapy with Cassidy feels human. There’s room for hard conversations, humor, honesty, and the occasional “wait…that actually explains a lot.” Her goal is for clients to leave therapy not only feeling better, but knowing themselves better and feeling more intentional about who they want to be.

Elijah Garcia, LPC

She provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for individuals to navigate stress, anxiety, trauma, motherhood and parenting, depression, relationships, and the everyday challenges of life.

Elijah takes a person-centered approach, recognizing that each individual has a unique story, strengths, needs, and vision for their life. Through an empathetic and responsive lens, Elijah meets each person where they are and honors their unique therapeutic process as she strives to build genuine, trusting relationships that allow clients to feel heard, understood, and empowered as they move toward meaningful growth and lasting change.

Katrina Bray, LAC

Katrina believes therapy is a collaborative process grounded in curiosity, compassion, and genuine connection. She strives to create a warm and accepting space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences and recognize their own strengths.

Her approach draws primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a particular passion for helping clients navigate anxiety and develop healthier patterns of thinking and self-talk. She helps clients build a personal toolbox of skills to foster self-compassion, greater confidence, and a more harmonious sense of self.

At the heart of her work is the belief that everyone deserves to have a loving relationship with themselves. She is passionate about helping clients recognize their worth, embrace their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Natalie DenBoer, LAC

Natalie is passionate about helping children and adolescents navigate big emotions, major life transitions, and develop healthy relationships with themselves and others.

Most of her work focus is on helping clients put words to their experiences and giving them practice tools to manage life’s ups and downs. She also works closely with their families, guiding parents/caretakers to facilitating conversations so everyone feels more understood and connected at home.

Natalie’s approach is warm, collaborative, and fun! She likes to bring in elements of play such as games, role playing, art, etc. in a way that is engaging and facilitates growth.

Bekah Kleinman

Bekah is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern and a mom of four who has learned that life rarely goes exactly according to plan! Before becoming a counselor, Bekah worked in television news, earned degrees in journalism and psychology, and spent nearly two decades raising her family. These experiences have shaped her belief that everyone has a story, and sometimes we just need a safe place to tell it.

Bekah enjoys working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate anxiety, relationships, identity, trauma, and the many changes that come with growing up. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. She believes counseling should feel like a place where you can show up as your whole, imperfect self, feel genuinely heard, and figure out what comes next - one step at a time.
