Hi, I’m Amanda

I help people who keep reliving old patterns in relationships like shutting down, fearing abandonment, or feeling "too much" and "not enough" at the same time. I help my clients not only understand why they react the way they do but finally heal the root of those survival responses through EMDR.

I specialize in Complex PTSD, attachment wounds, relationship/self worth struggles, and dissociation so you can feel secure in your relationship with yourself, others, and world around you again, or maybe for the first time. I am an EMDRIA-approved EMDR Certified Therapist and also integrate DBT, parts work, and an attachment focused approach.

My Specialties

How can I best support you?

I believe what looks like being ‘too much’ or ‘not enough’ is often a nervous system doing its best to survive.

If you are someone who tends to intellectualize, you understand your patterns but still find yourself triggered, I might be a great fit for you.

If you are another therapist who is looking to work through your own "stuff" so you can attune more fully in the therapy room and in your personal life, I also might be a good fit for you!

Happiness is only real when shared.

  • My rate is $175 for a 50-minute session together.

  • EMDR helps reduce anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and relationship triggers by processing past relational wounds that shaped your sense of safety and attachment. As those memories heal, many clients experience more self-trust, less reactivity, and feel more secure in relationships.

  • I’d say my approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in safety and attunement. I’m drawn to depth vs quick fixes. You can expect to go beyond surface level in our work together and it’s okay if we laugh at some dark humor along the way!
