This four-week group builds on our ‘Friendships as Grown-Ups’ workshop with more conversation, reflection, and practical tools for creating and strengthening meaningful connections. We are gong to explore what a healthy relationship looks like with yourself, family, friends and partners. Missed the original workshop? No problem! You’re still welcome to join us and jump right in.

Cost —> $75 a group ($300 total for the 4 groups)
Dates —> Wednesdays; 10/28, 11/4, 11/11, 11/18
Time —> 4:00PM-5:30PM AZ time | 6:00PM-7:30PM WI time
Location —> Virtual via Zoom
