Making friends as an adult can be harder than anyone warned us about! ‘Friendships as Grown-Ups’ is a workshop led by Carlie Deadman, LPC & Natalie DenBoer, LAC about why adult friendships can feel so complicated, what gets in the way of connection, and how we can actually make it a little easier. We’ll talk about what actually helps and maybe make a few new friends while we’re at it!
